How to Return an Item
Four simple steps to complete your return
Initiate Return Online
Log in to your account, go to Orders, and select the item you wish to return. Choose your reason and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
Print Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship Item Back
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of shipment until the return is processed.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? We are happy to help. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
To initiate an exchange, follow the same return process and select "Exchange" as your preferred resolution. If the desired size or color is out of stock, you will receive a full refund instead.
Exchanges are processed with priority shipping at no additional cost once we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale and clearance items
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of use or wear
